Store Guidelines

  • No outside food or drinks. You may be asked to finish it outside or dispose of it before entering.
  • Please keep play areas clean and use the trash cans provided.
  • Be respectful to staff, other players, and the store environment at all times.

Hygiene Policy

Hygiene matters! We want everyone to enjoy their time at Tilted Gaming.

  • Please come in clean, fresh clothes and be mindful of body odor.
  • If another customer or participant raises concerns, staff may kindly ask you to step outside and return once freshened up.
  • These guidelines help keep the space comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.

We reserve the right to refuse service.


Tournament Event Rules & Policy

  • Online sign-ups do NOT reserve a seat. Seating is first come, first served in-store only.
  • To secure a seat: arrive early, sign up in-store, and pay during check-in.
  • Online sign-ups only help us gauge interest and prepare prize support.
  • Prizing is store credit + available promo/participation packs.
  • If packs are unavailable, prizing will be supplemented from store inventory.

Tuesday – Thursday — 3 PM – 9 PM
Friday — 3 PM – 10 PM
Saturday — 12 PM – 8 PM
Sunday — 12 PM – 7 PM
